David Hall – President and C.E.O.

David graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He started his career at PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd, and advanced through a number of office and field positions to a middle management position. Since leaving PanCanadian, he has been a director and senior officer of a number of junior oil and gas production companies including Argonauts Group Ltd. (currently part of Progress Energy), Argo Energy (currently part of Daylight Energy), and Marble Point Energy. He was also a director of Tiger Cat Energy Ltd., (now RMS Systems Inc.), Norquay Capital Ltd (now Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp.). He is also a director of Octagon Properties Group Ltd, a private company involved in real estate development and construction.

Denny Chow – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chow brings with him extensive experience in financial management, financial reporting, oil and gas accounting, continuous disclosure compliance and taxation. From September of 2008 to present, he is the Chief Financial Officer with RMS Systems Inc., a publicly traded oil and gas services company on the TSX-V Exchange. From February 2006 to June 2011, Mr. Chow was the Corporate Controller of Teine Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas company. Prior to his industry experience Mr. Chow worked at BDO Dunwoody LLP, a mid-sized Chartered Accounting firm, where he held the position of Senior Manager in the Accounting and Audit group prior to his departure in 2006. Mr. Chow is a Chartered Accountant who received his designation in 2000 and graduated from the University of Calgary in 1997 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

John Zang – Vice President Business Development

John is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and is a sole practitioner lawyer. He is the President and a director of Verity Energy Ltd. He is the former President, C.E.O. and director of Tiger Cat Energy Ltd (now RMS Systems Inc.). John was also formerly a director and corporate secretary of Marble Point Energy Ltd., Argo Energy Ltd. (now part of Daylight Energy), Argonauts Group Ltd. (now part of Progress Energy Ltd) and Sandy Cover Energy Ltd.. He was also corporate secretary and corporate counsel of Sequoia Oil and Gas Trust and corporate secretary of Norquay Capital Ltd. (now Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp).

David Venier – Senior Vice President

David graduated with a certificate in Architectural Engineering and Design in 1979 and started his career at WA Stephenson Construction. From 1979 to 1989, he worked his way from field engineer to construction superintendent. After which he became owner/operator DRV Consultants Inc, consulting in construction management of mining/oil and gas/heavy industrial projects throughout Western and Northern Canada until 2005. David was a founder of C Data Communications Inc., a private software development company that was a predecessor to RMS Systems Inc.

Simon Nunez – Vice President Operations

Simon graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer programming from the University of Mexico. With over 10 years of experience working with drilling instrumentation worldwide, and another 5 years previous to that working on oil and gas rigs and equipment, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge to the RigManager team. Simon was Field Service Manager for Petron Industries, and US based company whose primary business was the manufacturing, installation, service and sales of Electronic Drilling Recording equipment in the US and around the world. This has given him the opportunity to work in South East Asia, Mexico, US, Canada and South America, on both land and offshore rigs.

Kevin Kulczycki – Vice President Technology

Kevin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and now has over 15 years of professional IT experience building Microsoft applications, designing databases and networks. During this time Kevin has worked in the Oil & Gas industry with Transcanada Pipelines and in the Telecom Industry with TELUS Communications, Bell Canada, Group Telecom and also worked for the wireless internet provider TeraGo Networks.

Kevin Heikkinen – Marketing Manager

Kevin has 15 years experience in the marketing profession in the oilfield drilling services business. He brings to RMS a wealth of relationships and contacts in the oilfield drilling community.

James Kendrick – General Manager

Mr. Kendrick served over 15 years of management/engineering experience working with the drilling instrumentation industry at Path Finder Energy Services and Petron Industry. Earlier in his career Mr. Kendrick also held a management role at Compaq Computers. Mr. Kendrick holds a BS degree in Engineering Technology from Southern University. His experience also includes several other leadership positions within the oil and gas and the computer technology industries.
