Employees and contractors must comply with the operator’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as well as RigManager HS&E programs.

The Employee Manual serves as a reference guide for general use and may not be applicable to every circumstance. This handbook is intended to present you with a general understanding of HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment). This handbook contains an overview of policies, rules, regulations, procedures and standards required of employees and contractors.

RigManager will:

• Ensure HS&E risks are properly identified, assessed and controlled to eliminate risks of the health and safety of all people.
• Ensure each employee and contractor is trained and confident in the skills needed to carry out their job functions safely and efficiently.
• All employee’s and contractors are accountable for their HS&E responsibilities associated with their job activities.
